Незважаючи на широке висвітлення теорії кластерів вітчизняними і зарубіжними дослідниками слід зазначити недостатність розробки теоретичних основ формування взаємозв'язків підприємств у галузевих кластерах, особливо питань, що стосуються забезпечення умов організації кластерів у сфері послуг, яким і є транспортно-логістичний кластер.
