STUDY OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF A MATERIAL BY MEANS OF ATOMIC EMISSION SPECTROSCOPY
This work describes a study assessing the physical and mechanical properties at the atomic emission spectroscopy. It helps to use spectroscopy to assess the thermal treated material.
Key words: spectroscopy, mechanical properties, hardness, thermal treatment.
Operational control plays an important role in the production cycle, which can provide the required level of monitoring for quality products. At present, atomic-emission spectroscopy performs well in determining the quantity of concentration of the elements of the material, but it also had the potential of accounting-click system to change the structural component of base material. For example, changing the structure of the material associated with thermal treatment [1]. Necessary to take into account the fact that the selection of homologous pairs in a large extent eliminates the influence of some effects, such as, for example, the instability processes in the discharge plasma exit. Thus, the influence of the heat treatment on the quantitative analysis of the alloying elements is observed weakly, but can not say that it is missing completely, given the complexity of accounting minor changes, the difference between the results of which included in the error range of the method.
