В статье рассмотрены понятия «управление аутсорсингом», «управление аутсорсинговой бизнес-моделью», «аутсорсинговый менеджмент»; показаны необходимость создания управленческих методик аутсорсингового менеджента; выделения критерии диагностики текущего состояния объекта аутсорсингового менеджмента и описаны методики его диагностики по данным критериям.

The article deals with the terms of "managing outsourcing”, “management of Outsourcing Business model”, “Internal Outsourcing Management”; shows the need for the creation of managerial practices of Internal Outsourcing Management and the selection of criteria for diagnosing the current situation with the Object of Internal Outsourcing Management and the description of the methods of its Diagnostics according to indicated criteria.
