В докладе рассмотрено понятие «управленческая культура» и дана его общая характеристика. Также приведены типологические черты данного феномена, описаны принципы и факторы управленческой культуры.

In this report we analyze the notion «the management culture» and give general description. Also we consider typological characteristics of this phenomenon, principles and factors of the management culture.
